If you are an ambitious financial or wealth management professional, you should apply to work with us. Our firm has a unique structure, and distinguishes between Operations (Non-Client Facing) and Wealth Management (Client Facing) roles.

For Operations roles, we recruit only through our designated recruitment agents, and do not accept direct applications.

For Wealth Management roles, we accept direct applications to our Management Associate (MA) Program on an annual basis, for intakes beginning in January every year. The application deadline for each intake of MAs is October 15 the preceding year, and interviews are conducted from November 1 to December 1, with final decisions and offers being made by December 15.

Management Associate Program

MAs are the lifeblood of our business. Our MA Program provides each new recruit with exposure across all aspects of wealth management and family office management, by way of attachment to a senior professional (Vice President, Director, Managing Director or Partner) for a period of 2 years. You will be provided with personal mentorship, and close attention will be given to your personal progress. All MAs will be based in either London or New York and will receive a fixed annual salary of £95,000 (Year 1) and £102,500 (Year 2).

We only recruit a very small number of MAs each year, and applications are extremely competitive.

Application Requirements

– We accept applicants who have graduated with either an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a elite university. This usually means that you must have attended an Ivy League university in the United States, or Oxford or Cambridge in the United Kingdom. We also expect that you have a track record of stellar academic achievement i.e. First Class Honours in the UK, or Summa Cum Laude in the US (or equivalent).

Every few years, we make exceptions for unusually exceptional candidates, but this is extremely rare. If you do not did not attend an Ivy League or Oxbridge university for your undergraduate studies, we strongly advise that you apply for postgraduate studies at one of these universities prior to applying to join us.

– We also expect all of our applicants to have completed at least 2 years at Analyst or Associate level at a top-tier bank, financial institution, or management consulting firm.

– Applicants are expected to provide at least 2 professional references.
